The Snowman™ and The Snowdog, An Immersive Christmas adventure, is a brand-new experience that uses interactive play, live actors, puppetry and projection to bring to life the animated classic film like never before. Families are invited to step inside our pop-up dome to a virtual wintry wonderland where they can interact, play and watch as the magical story unfolds all around you.

Absolutely not! The Snowman™ and The Snowdog is a family-friendly experience that can be enjoyed by everyone, whether you’re a Snowman enthusiast, or have never seen the animated sequel before. (Children under the age of 2 go for free!) Please note, this is a standing event with limited seating. See question below.
This is a standing experience, however, there will be a limited number of seating inside the dome. If you require a chair or assistance throughout the experience, please speak to a member of our onsite staff or contact our customer service team ahead of your arrival.
Yes. We will be screening the 24-minute animated film as part of the experience
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied or supervised by an adult.
Unfortunately, tickets for The Snowman™ and The Snowdog are non-refundable. We understand that there are exceptional circumstances and as such, are happy to help you reschedule your visit to a different date.
